Privacy
Short version: we use what you give us to make your song and answer you. We do not sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form we save your email, any names, shop or brand details and memories you type in, the page you used and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop spam.
How we use it
To write and deliver your song, send your quote or sample, answer your questions and send order updates. We may send an occasional follow-up email about your order. Every email has a way to tell us to stop.
Who sees it
Alvin Warren and the tools we use to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, database and email) and Stripe (payments, once you check out). We do not sell or rent your information.
Your choices
Email us to see, fix or delete what we have about you. California residents have rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone.
