Terms
The deal, in plain words.
Who we are
SONIQ Songs is run by Nu Wav Media in Orangevale, CA. Songs are written with our SONIQ songwriting system, produced with AI tools and finished by producer Alvin Warren.
Orders and delivery
Delivery times start when we have your order details and payment. Gift songs: 3 days, or 24 hours with rush. Jingles: 5 days. If we will miss a date, we tell you right away.
Changes and refunds
Gift songs and jingles include one round of changes. If we cannot make a song you are happy with after that round, ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and stop at the end of the paid month.
What you can do with the music
Your use of every song is covered by the license for your product. See licensing. You get a license, not ownership, except where a signed jingle agreement says otherwise.
What you send us
Only send names, stories and logos you have the right to share. We will not write songs that copy another artist, use a famous person's voice or attack anyone.
Limits
Our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms follow California law.
